Asbestos abatement is approximately 75 - 80 % complete. Soft demolition 60% complete and hard demolition will begin next week.

Interior demolition is 90% complete. Contractors are currently working on removing the existing roof as well as installing HVAC and plumbing. Excavation for the gymnasium is ongoing.

7/23/2007
The concrete work for the new gymnasium is in progress. Work continues on the reinforcing for the existing concrete floor slabs. Abatement of the lead paint has started. Work on the new roof has begun. Interior partitions on all floors is under way. Mechanical and electrical work is in progress on all floors.
